Jesse Rodriguez, Wine Director for Addison Grand Del Mar has added our 2010 Chardonnay to his extensive wine list. Formerly of The French Laundry, Jesse has compiled an exemplary wine list deserving of its many accolades, including the Grand Award of the “Wine Spectator.” We are very proud to have our 2010 Chardonnay being served at the only five-star, five-diamond restaurant in Southern California.
When Addison diners receive a brioche roll and butter topped with a flake of sea salt, the waiter also provides the name of the cow responsible for the butter. Led by Relais & Châteaux grand chef William Bradley, Addison produces an over-the-top ten-course tasting menu comprised of dishes like licorice-glazed squab sculpturally arranged with candied red cabbage and plums, a foie gras pot de crème and a lamb persille with a savory cherry tart and lemon sorrel—all meticulously executed, graciously explained and paired with an exceptional wine.

We recently visited friends on the island of Kauai, and brought along our 2010 Chardonnay for them to enjoy. Christian, the owner of Tahiti Nui and Joshua James, the manager of ITI (the Tahiti Nui wine bar), have decided to include our Chardonnay on their wine lists beginning this summer.
You can see the Tahiti Nui Restaurant and bar in the new film featuring George Clooney, titled “Descendants” which was filmed in Hanalei last year. Aloha!
